Our specialist range of designs for tomorrow’s home with improved comfort, safety and ease of access.
Adaptable Living Homes will be designed with comfort, safety and ease of access as core design features. These features make it easier for parents to manoeuvre prams, carry shopping into the house, easier for people with a disability or temporary injury to move around and create a more spacious environment for the ageing.
These features will allow key living spaces to be more easily and cost effectively adapted to meet the changing needs and abilities of home occupants such as ageing baby boomers and people who have or acquired a disability.
While majority of our plans can be modified, we have come up with 4 sets of designs that have already been modified to suit Adaptable Living Homes which covers off on two bedrooms, three bedrooms, four bedrooms and acreage.
The Haven is a great little design that has the option of 2 bedrooms or an office & a bedroom. Still featuring a meals, family and single garage with the option of adding a carport if needed is a nice touch.
The Abington has been designed to comply with the Livable Housing Australia Silver level requirements. Design elements focus on the key structural and spatial elements that are critical to ensure future flexibility and adaptability of the home, which will avoid more costly home modification if required at a later date.
The Sarah features a bit of everything. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living area, big kitchen featuring a walk in pantry, outside living & a spacious garage.
Koroit has been modified to suit the Adaptable Living Homes standards, while still featuring everything acreage design has to offer plus more.
